This is a community website (‘site’) managed by the Five Stones JMB (JMB) for owners and residents of Five Stones Condominium. The term “we”, “us” and “JMB” shall include the JMB, its agents and information technology service provider and the term “you” refers to yourself including persons represented by you, visitors and users of this site.

By accessing this site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws, regulations and that you are responsible for compliance with the same.

You agree not to use the site in a way that may impair, disrupt the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the site. You agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.

By using the site you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of respective parties to whom the intellectual property belongs and these include copyright, trade marks, patents, logos, design and functionality of the site and all other such intellectual property rights.

You agree to obtain permission from the relevant owner of the intellectual property to use any such intellectual property. Any unauthorised use including republication from this site will attract liability for any resulting infringement of copyright.

All transactions relating to the Trading Posts are exclusively between the respective individuals. The JMB, its agents and information technology service provider shall not be liable for any claims, damages and costs whatsoever arising from any disputed transaction.

The JMB reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of use. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions of use from time to time.

If any provision of this terms and conditions of use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

This terms and conditions of use are governed by the laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of the High Court of Malaya without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

The Five Stones Residents’ Community website is built with the vision of an online platform to facilitate communication between the Residents and the Joint Management Committee and the Management Team of Five Stones. Towards this, to foster a greater sense of community living, Residents can use the Residents’ Forum to share their views and thoughts, all of course for the betterment of the community. However, Residents are to observe the following simple rules of conduct:-

1. No spam. All automated messages and/or advertisements will be deleted immediately.

2. Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.

3. Respect other Residents. No flaming or abusing fellow Residents. Residents who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be banned / deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.

4. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other Residents will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.

5. Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.

6. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.
